HOTEL CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-In: 3:00 PM. Check-Out: 11 AM. If planning to arrive later than 9 PM, please let our front desk staff know so we can plan accordingly.
Welcome to Duchamp Healdsburg. We are delighted to host you in our serene enclave in the heart of wine country. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure an exceptional and seamless experience for all our guests.
Reservation Guarantee & Deposit
A valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations. At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 50% of your total stay plus taxes (16% Transient Occupancy Tax and 0.00195% California Tourism Assessment) will be charged. The final balance will be charged 14 days before arrival to ensure an effortless arrival process.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
For individual reservations, cancellations or modifications must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
For group bookings (5+ rooms), please refer to the Group Booking Policy below.
Rates, Taxes & Fees
Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change until confirmed. Taxes and applicable fees will be added to your total at booking. Additional charges may apply for enhanced amenities or services, which will be disclosed before purchase.
Occupancy & Guest Policy
All room rates are based on double occupancy. Due to the intimate and tranquil nature of our property, and at the request of our guests, only registered guests aged 21 and older may stay overnight.
Payment Policy
Final payment, including any incidental charges, is due at check-out. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note: cash is not accepted.
Adult-Only Environment
At the request of our guests, Duchamp Healdsburg is an adults-only retreat. We welcome guests 21 and older.
Pet-Policy
At the request of our guests, Duchamp Healdsburg is a pet-free property. We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets of any kind, including emotional support animals. Only certified service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are permitted. Guests traveling with a service animal must notify our team before arrival so we can best accommodate your needs.
Accessibility
We are committed to inclusivity. If you have accessibility needs or require specific accommodations, we encourage you to reach out prior to booking so we may best assist in planning your visit.
Parking
Complimentary, on-site parking is provided exclusively for registered guests.
Amenities Included in Your Stay
Amenities include plush signature bathrobes, high-speed Wi-Fi, a seasonally heated pool and spa, dedicated concierge assistance, and complimentary on-site parking.
Hotel Events
Occasionally, we host intimate on-site events such as wine tastings or seasonal gatherings. Details will be shared in advance and may be subject to separate fees or participation terms.
Group Booking Policy
Bookings of five or more rooms require a signed group agreement. Group terms override individual reservation terms. For inquiries, please contact: stay@duchamphotel.com.
Fresh Air Promise
Duchamp Healdsburg is a 100% smoke-free property, including rooms, patios, and shared outdoor spaces. A minimum cleaning fee of $800 will apply for violations of this policy, including smoking or vaping.
Guest Satisfaction & Dispute Resolution
If anything falls short of expectations during your stay, please let us know immediately so we may resolve it promptly. Any legal matters arising from your stay will be governed by the laws of California, with disputes resolved in Sonoma County through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect guest information solely to fulfill reservations and enhance your experience. Your data is handled with discretion in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared except as required for service fulfillment or legal compliance.
Guest Responsibility & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay. While we take every precaution, Duchamp Healdsburg is not liable for personal loss or injury unless resulting from negligence on our part.
Force Majeure
The hotel is not liable for service interruptions or inability to perform obligations due to unforeseen events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes).
Legal Clauses
Third-Party Rights: These terms apply only to the guest and Duchamp Healdsburg. No other party shall have rights under these terms.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver.
Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

SMS and Text Messaging Policy
We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.
Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.
